Metalesquefest 2026 Vendor fee DUE SEPTEMBER 1

ONLY pay this fee if you have been sent a message stating you have been accepted as a vendor. Please select your vendor IG name from the drop down menu when you pay your fee. We have assigned you a spot based on your setup descriptions that you provided in the application form. On show day your spot will be marked with your name and vendor coordinator Kate will be on site to help you.

Please bring your own table and chair. Additional chairs will be available, ballroom main booth area has bench seating behind your table.

Booths will remain set up overnight on night one. The only load out is at the end of night two.

Payment is $100 ($50 per day) for a 6 foot table spot.
We have two spots available in the entry hallway (ticket holders must walk past you).
In these spots you must sit NEXT to your table, not behind it.

We have three spots in the ballroom next to the bar--this is open to the main ballroom but in a very visible corner off to the side by the bar. People in the bar line will very clearly see the vendors.

Both locations have a view of the show and both locations are equally as loud. Both locations have a bathroom on the same level.

LOAD IN starts at a 5pm. You may show up at late as 6pm, must be set up by 8pm.
*doors are not open to the public til 8pm so you can leave your booth and come back by 8pm.
DOORS OPEN at 8pm
SHOW STARTS at 9pm, usually runs till almost midnight
20 (ish) minute intermission during the show

Their is no show booked after ours, so vendors are welcome to stay and vend after the show as well, the audience typically stays 20-30 minutes after the show.
You are welcome to leave your stuff set up over night for night two-venue will be locked and only staff will have access until night two doors open. On both nights we must be completely loaded out of the venue by our curfew time of 2am.
